Christmas Card #2

An exciting day for me. Talked with the owner of Tovos Grille again today. This project with the gluten free pizza is going strong. Can't wait for this to come to fruition. Yeah, Wednesday will be pizza day for me, that's for sure.

Talked to a few people I have met who are in my shoes as far as gluten goes, and they are excited, too. So Art and I are going to the restaurant next Tuesday to watch the process, and then taste test the pizza. We have been invited to be guests for the meal. Sounds exciting to me!

Well, that's all for tonight. Have a wonderful evening. This is our night of television watching The Middle, Modern Family, etc. We really look forward to Wednesdays in front of the TV.
